CHAMPIONS’ competition leagues boosts team team performance internally and between industry competitors. CHAMPIONS deliver competitiveness to management and the bonus of health and motivation to work teams.


CHAMPIONS offers management a league constructed to boost team performance and morale – on the company’s own premises. CHAMPIONS makes a level playing field so all workers can participate. CHAMPIONS are teams that either outcompete other teams or improved their performance the most.

Right product: Several ‘help us build it’ lego construction workshops with workers and managers iterated a service 4 times. Team performance internal league with cup play against industry competition was the conclusion.
